The aroma of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves gives Thai cuisine its distinctive taste. I usually serve my thai green chicken curry with steamed jasmine rice.

If you have had a very long day and simply the idea of heading to your kitchen brings tears to your eyes, this is the ideal dish for you. My quick-fix recipe needs only a few minutes to make children as well as adults absolutely love it.
A very versatile dish, it can be served as a snack and finger food at parties (with toothpicks) or it can be made with a gravy to accompany simple steamed rice. The combination of sweet, salty and hot makes this dish ideal for parties.
Makes 48 balls
This is a very comforting dish to serve and the preparations can be made beforehand. The assembly and cooking can be done upto an hour before the arrival of your guests. Ideally, onions and garlic are added raw, but I prefer to cook it to avoid the unpleasant odour. Serves 4
