This is an ultimate chicken dish and whether you make it for a party or picnics or get together’s, people will definitely ask for the recipe. There are many ingredients and the recipe involves many steps but, the end result is mind blowing. One thing to remember is that these types of recipes are not cooked everyday and its a pain worth taken , once in a while. I make all the pastes and store it in the freezer. On the day I want to cook it I can make it without any hassle.

Children, or even my grown up daughters are in so much of a hurry in the mornings that they tend to skip breakfast or go for just a cup of coffee with biscuits. That’s when I came up with this recipe and since then have been making it almost everyday.

A platter full of dips, salads and flatbreads is my way to let my family happily assemble and make their own wraps. Usually, I like to use whatever is there in my fridge.For this particular wrap, I used my leftover tandoori chicken by removing the bones and shredding the chicken. I used hung curd to avoid using mayonnaise. I made my Indian flatbread at home. Tortillas work well too. As a result, I get the sourness from hung curd, heat from pepper sauce but to add sweetness to it,I added ripe juicy kiwis. I absolutely adore the combination.
